For those looking for answers and information about the proposedbrcondominiums for Southlake Town Square, Cooper & Stebbins has announced thebrlaunch of a new website that will helpbrarea residents better understand everything there is to know about the GardenbrDistrict Brownstones and The Residences, scheduled to begin development inbr2014.
The Garden District Brownstones will be the completion of Southlake TownbrSquare's award-winning Brownstones project, featuring a design aestheticbrreminiscent of post-World War I architecture, while The Residences will bebrSouthlake Town Square's first single-level-living residential offering. Bothbrthe Garden District Brownstones and The Residences will be high-end, luxurybrhomes, featuring quality design and detail, with well-appointedbrinterior finishes and appliances. Like the initial Brownstones, the designbrarchitect for both offerings will be David M. Schwarz Associates, with Bennett, Bennerbr& Pettit providing floor plan design on the Garden District Brownstones.
“Cooper & Stebbins is excited to bring new, high-quality luxurybrresidential development to Southlake Town Square,” said Cooper & StebbinsbrPresident Frank Bliss. “Both projects are in keeping with our master-plannedbrvision of enhancing Town Square's vibrancy, while meeting the overwhelmingbrdemand for quality residential options. The new website provides informationbrfor those interested in learning more about our future residential offerings.”
The Residences will feature 38 condominium homes in abrfive-story building. The spacious condominium homes will range in size frombr1,500 to 3,200 square feet, with the majority being two- and three- bedroombrplans. Cooper & Stebbins expects The Residences to sell out within two tobrfive years of the building's completion. Each of The Residences' condominiumbrhomes will be offered for sale throughout the duration of marketing thebrproject. Once the building has been completed, Cooper & Stebbins maybrcontact those interested in short-term leasing, to occupy any remainingbrinventory until all of the homes are sold.
“We're very proud of the legacy and international acclaimbrthat Town Square has brought to Southlake during the past two decades,” addedbrBliss. “Town Square is our home, and a place where our business partners andbrneighbors live. Protecting, preserving and improving the quality of life herebris our singular mission.”
