After more than two decades of service to the city of Southlake one Councilwoman received a plaque, memory box and key to the city.
Councilmember Pamela Muller served the limit of two consecutive terms on Southlake City Council. Gary Fawks was elected to fill her Place 6 seat.
Muller has served on the City Council, Parks and Recreation Board, the 2030 Planning Committee, the Texas High Speed Rail and Transportation Committee and volunteered with various organizations including the fire and police departments.
Mayor John Terrell presented Muller with a plaque commemorating her efforts toward the community.
Additionally, city manager Shana Yelverton presented various gifts on behalf of the city's staff, including an engraved memory box of notes, a service pin and a plaque with a photo of Southlake Town Square.
