Prepaid pet adoption gift certificate:
The Operation KindnessbrHoliday Gift Package available for purchase at Operation Kindness and thebrGalleria Dallas Holiday Adoption Kiosk for $185 for dogs and $135 for cats,brincludes a five-inch plush dog toy to represent your gift and a giftbrcertificate for the adoption fee. The certificate is valid for 90 days afterbrthe initial purchase to ensure the perfect pet is available. If the perfect petbris not available or the recipient does not wish to adopt an animal the giftbrcertificate can be refunded.
Holiday pet adoptions at Galleria Dallas:
During Operation KindnessbrHoliday Adoption Days at Galleria Dallas, which begin November 25 and runbrthrough Christmas Eve, shoppers can interact with adoptable dogs and cats,brlearn about volunteer opportunities and adopt a furry friend. Mrs. Texas U.S.brUniversal 2017 will kick-off the holiday adoption event with an appearance on Novemberbr25. Adoption hours are Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Sundays, 12 p.m. –br6 p.m., and will take place at the south end of the mall near Banana Republic.brDogs will be available for adoption for $185 and cats for $135.
Pet photos with Santa:
On December 3, 4, 10 and 11brfrom 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., pet parents are invited to the Kindness Klubhouse locatedbrat 13394 Preston Road in Dallas for holiday photos with Santa. Dogs, cats andbrthe whole family are invited to sit on Santa's lap to pose. A helper will snapbr10-15 photos per session. Pet parents can choose to have their favorite photobrframed in a 4”x6” format for $15, or receive a 4”x6” framed photo and a thumbbrdrive with all of the photos for $25. These photos make great holiday cards,brand all proceeds benefit Operation Kindness.
Wrapping for kindness:
Esther Mooring and a team ofbrvolunteers are requesting small donations in exchange for wrapping gifts to benefitbrOperation Kindness. Gift-wrapping will be available at Barnes & Noble –brPark and Preston from November 25 through December 24, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. everybrday. Gifts do not need to be purchased from Barnes & Noble to be wrapped. Guestsbrare encouraged to bring gifts from other places to be wrapped. Last year,brEsther and her team of volunteer gift wrappers raised more than $12,000 for thebrno-kill shelter. This year she is hoping to raise even more funds with the goalbrof reaching $13,000.
