Week 8: 47-26 win vs Keller Fossil Ridge
#4 TJ McDaniel
Senior running back TJ McDaniel is a driving force on the Southlake Carroll offense, breaking 1,000 rushing yards in just seven games this season. McDaniel has a total of 1,117 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns so far for his senior campaign. In last Friday's game against the Fossil Ridge Panthers, McDaniel rushed for just over 200 yards and scored three touchdowns. McDaniel leads the Dragons in both rushing yards and total touchdowns.
Week 7: 41-17 win vs Byron Nelson
#3 Glenn Mitchell
Senior wide receiver Glenn Mitchell appeared to be one of Will Bower's main men Friday night against Byron Nelson, after scoring three touchdowns on the night. Mitchell had 94 receiving yards against the Bobcats and a total of 213 receiving yards this season.
Week 6: 33-29 win vs Denton Guyer
#80 John Manero
The junior wide receive made a statement against the Denton Guyer Wildcats by being the go-to man for the Dragons as the clock was running out. Manero caught two passes to move the Dragons down the field, and was a part of the double-pass trick play that won Carroll the game. Manero threw the ball for 23 yards and a touchdown, and had four receptions on the game.
Week 5: 58-37 win vs Keller
#4 TJ McDaniel
TJ McDaniel had yet another big performance in the first district game of the season against the Keller Indians. McDaniel racked up a season-high 254 rushing yards, 32 carries and five touchdowns. McDaniel helped to seal the deal for the Dragons late in the second half, after a close game in the first half.
Week 3: 24-20 win vs Odessa Permian
#4 TJ McDaniel
TJ McDaniel had his biggest performance of the season in another rain drenched affair. McDaniel only needed 14 carries to explode for 233 rushing yards on the night. The senior captain averaged an impressive 16.6 yards per carry on his way to 3 touchdowns pacing the Dragons to an early lead which they held on to in a hard fought battle.
Week 2: 42-17 win vs Colleyville Heritage
#85 Madison Martin
Varsity soccer standout Madison Martin took her first-ever football kicks and was nothing short of impressive. Martin completed all five of her point-after-touchdown attempts. In the effort she became the first Lady Dragon to ever score in a football game.
Week 1: 25-8 win vs South Grand Prairie
#47 Alex Kingston
After two quarters of scoreless football Alex Kingston came up with the biggest play of the game. The senior defensive lineman picked off a Warrior pass and scrambled 12-yards for a momentum shifting third quarter touchdown. Kingston's 5 tackles were also instrumental in the defense allowing just 8 Warrior points during the team's opening night victory.

Week 15: 51-7 loss vs Duncanville
#10 RJ Mickens
Dynamic in Saturday's game against the Duncanville Panthers, junior cornerback RJ Mickens show his versatility in the offensive seat with five receptions, 147 receiving yards and one touchdown. Mickens also showed his speed, beating the Duncanville defense into the end zone to become an open target for Will Bowers. Saturday's touchdown adds to his already earned two receiving and two rushing touchdowns. Haven't seen enough of Mickens? Don't worry, he'll be back next year to finish out his high school career as a Dragon, and to drive toward the state championship once again.
Week 14: 35-7 win vs Euless Trinity
#14 Will Bowers
Senior quarterback Will Bowers has had an outstanding season so far, and that was no different Friday against the Trojans. Throwing for just under 250 and two passing touchdowns, Bowers earned a 78 percent completion rate, one of his highest of the season. Bowers also contributed one rushing touchdown to the final score, 35-7, to help the Dragons advance to the quarterfinal round of playoffs. Watch for Bowers to continue to be electric throughout Carroll's playoff run.
Week 13: 41-20 win vs DeSoto
#41 Michael Parrish
Senior outside linebacker Michael Parrish had a standout game Saturday against the DeSoto Eagles with seven total tackles and three for a loss. Parrish also blocked yet another extra point attempt to keep DeSoto from tightening the gap. He is also the second leader in sacks with five, and has 72 tackles on the season. Look for Parrish to continue to make standout plays against opposing offenses as the Dragons near the State Finals.
Week 12 : 54-10 win vs Coppell
#4 TJ McDaniel
Heading into the second round of playoffs, senior running back TJ McDaniel is leading the Dragon offense and taking opposing defenses by storm. Against Coppell, McDaniel scored a total of five touchdowns - four rushing and his first receiving touchdown of the season - for a combined total of 35 points. McDaniel also racked up over 300 rushing yards and averaged over 10 yards per carry. Watch for McDaniel to remain electric as the Dragons get deeper and deeper into the post season.
Week 11: 57-13 win vs Keller Timber Creek
#41 Michael Parrish
Senior outside linebacker Michael Parrish is a key component of the Dragon defense this season, leading the team in sacks with five on the year. Parrish is also the fourth leading tackler overall with 60 tackles in 10 games. Against Keller Timber Creek, his fumble recovery changed the momentum of the game, and resulted in a touchdown for the Dragons. Look for Parrish to continue making big plays as Carroll moves into the playoffs.
Week 10: 45-0 win vs V.R. Eaton
#14 Will Bowers
This season, senior quarterback Will Bowers has led the Dragons to be undefeated so far in both district and non-district play. Bowers has thrown for 1,538 yards and 12 touchdowns with an average 68.8% completion rate. Bowers has also racked up just under 500 rushing yards and five rushing touchdowns, bringing him to 17 total touchdowns on the season. Against the Eagles, he threw for 290 yards and two touchdowns, helping the Dragons to shut out Eaton 45-0.
Week 9: 49-14 win vs Keller Central
#30 Eli Furgal
Senior running back Eli Furgal has proven to be a great option for the Dragons in the run game the past two games. Against Fossil Ridge, Furgal scored his first touchdown of the season. This past Thursday, Furgal increased his numbers, rushing for over 100 yards and scoring one rushing touchdown and one receiving touchdown.
