If you read our November feature, "Tasteful Giving," and now want to give back, we've got you covered.
Shop Their Wish List:
With the holidays coming up, lots of locals are getting into the giving spirit. One way to put that to good use is to shop Taste Community Restaurant's wish list linked on their website. Gifts include everything from kitchen utensils to restaurant essentials.
Purchase Meal Tokens:
Before heading out to the restaurant, guests can purchase meal tokens online. Each token, coming in at $20, can be traded in for your meal of choice at lunch service. These tokens help the Taste Community Restaurant team know how many guests to expect each day.
Donate To The Cause:
If you want to do more than dining in, locals can donate directly to the cause through the restaurant's website.
Volunteer To Serve:
The nonprofit restaurant relies on local support with 80brpercent of its team being volunteers. Locals can choose to be a part of thebrwelcome team who makes guests feel comfortable in the space, the service teambrthat provides customer service for guests or the kitchen team who helps prepbreach dish. Each volunteer shift is three hours, giving locals lots of optionsbrwhen deciding how they want to give back.
