The Exercise Coach equipment is brand new, state of the art and clean. The coaches are friendly and give their personal attention to helping you through each exercise. The computerized equipment, with your personal login, keeps track of your performances at each visit. The studio is nice, comfortable and organized. I always feel so good afterward. And, yes, you are in and out fast, which is why I keep going. Anyone can exercise for 20 minutes two days a week! - Lidia K.
