Many things add up to having a phenomenal and wonderful meeting experience. The amount of attention and professionalism exhibited by the staff at Hilton Southlake is at the top of my list. The event planners and hotel staff work with you to ensure all of your meeting details are handled both before and during the meeting. Every one of their team members is attentive to your banquet, catering and A/V needs to make sure the meeting is a huge success. This level of service is what me and my team always experience at Hilton Southlake. Located in the newer Southlake Town Square, this property is nestled amongst several restaurants and entertainment venues all within walking distance. The town center layout is a great design and the hotel puts you where you want to be in Southlake. Friendly, helpful staff, with a great dinner and breakfast service plus a nice bar. Enjoyed the quality fitness center with the Peloton bikes. Daily housekeeping is appreciated and they did a great job. Clean rooms, great conference facilities, with two elevator banks to get your rooms efficiently between breaks. Would enjoy another visit to this property very much. Strongly consider the Hilton Dallas Southlake if in this part of Texas. — F.T. Bill
