"I have done it all! Boot camp outdoors, personal training, group fitness classes and exercising on my own, but Orange Theory is the only thing that has changed the shape of my body! Truly the best total body workout! Don't be afraid to try it. Everyone goes at their own pace. You are only worried about you and what your heart rate is doing. If in the 55 minutes that you are working out, 12 of those minutes are at your anaerobic threshold heart rate then you will continue to burn fat even after the workout is over! It really works.”

“If you are looking to burn calories, then this is the place! This location is in a quiet and easy to access area. They don't seem to book up quite as quickly as some of the other locations I have been to, but I still recommend booking in advance too, not only ensure you have as spot, but to hold yourself accountable since you lose your class if you cancel before 24 hours! Try a couple trainers if you find you don't particularly gel with one. I guarantee there is a trainer for everyone!”
