Chef Juan Pablo Silva, the creative force behind Bacchus Kitchen + Bar, has traveled the globe pursuing his passion for flavor. The Peru native attended the Cordon Bleu, receiving a degree in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant Management, and has since worked in some of the best restaurants in the world, from Palm Beach to Beirut and Abu Dhabi.
After several years in the Middle East, he brought his talents to Texas and joined the team at Hotel Vin, Autograph Collection in 2021, where he marries Euro-Mediterranean flavors with locally sourced ingredients to create a memorable and mouth-watering dining experience. In addition to Chef Juan Pablo Silva’s standout menu items, guests can also enjoy the award-winning international wine program and craft cocktail menu to round out an exceptional Grapevine culinary encounter.
