Executive chef Carl Chamberlain has experienced the joy of cooking from an early age. Learning how to cook from his mother when he was a child, chef Carl fell in love with the cooking styles of Korean, American and European cuisine. Now chef Carl brings a melting pot of Cajun, French and Italian flavors to Copeland’s of New Orleans.
Since 2007, Copeland’s has delivered flavorful New Orleans flair in every bite of its Creole cuisine.
