Chef Emmanuel Quezada has been working in a kitchen for his entire life. Ever since he was little, he would always cook with his mother and grandmother, and seeing others enjoy their food ignited his passion for cooking. Today, he continues to serve hungry customers at Stellini Trattoria in Grapevine. 

Opening in November 2019, Stellini Trattoria is a rustic Italian restaurant that puts a Texas twist on its flavors. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, everything Chef Emmanuel serves is authentically made in-house. The brisket and pork shoulder meatballs are his top-seller, while the 8-ounce filet is served over a stunning parmesan black truffle gnocchi. And the Rigatoni Bolognese is a must-try, especially since it’s made with wild boar ragout. 

For Chef Emmanuel, bringing diners satisfaction and happiness through his food is the greatest joy he experiences. It takes him back to his childhood when his mother made his family feel cared for and loved through her cooking, and he’s proud to offer the same thing through Stellini Trattoria.
