Enam Chowdhury and Jose Soto have always been surrounded by food. Today, these two chefs cook for the Delta Marriott Dallas Southlake’s guests at Sky Creek Kitchen + Bar, and they couldn’t be happier.
When he was growing up, Enam tasted a variety of global cuisines thanks to his family’s personal chef. Jose always helped his family cook meals around the holidays. Together, these two always aspire to create a memorable dining experience and bring people together to celebrate their shared love of food.
Specializing in Caribbean and Southwest cuisine, Enam and Jose impress with their culinary delights, whether it's their signature Grilled “Mopped” Bison Ribeye or Line-Caught Louisiana Red Snapper. Whatever you order, these two chefs stand out on their own.
