When Brad Johnson was young, his family always had a truck patch garden that they used in everyday meal planning. His grandmother was a great cook and passed on her love of food to her family. Gathering around the dinner table for Sunday supper was often the highlight of most weeks for Brad and his family.
That memory of togetherness is what drives chef Brad every day at Redrock Canyon Grill. Blending Southwestern cuisine with Southern comfort, chef Brad’s entrees shine whether it is the Stuffed Poblano or the Chicken Enchiladas.
Serving lunch and dinner daily, Redrock is now transitioning into its summer menu, featuring the $42 wood-fired rotisserie chicken family dinner, complete with chicken, mashed red potatoes, sweet glazed carrots, a large house salad and an iron skillet cornbread.
Since spring 2016, Southlake has welcomed Redrock Canyon Grill with open arms. Its consistent attention to detail and willingness to exceed guest expectations will help Redrock thrive in the Southlake community for many years to come.
