Enam Chowdhury and Jose Soto have been surrounded by food their whole lives. Growing up, Jose always cooked with his family during the holidays while Enam experienced cuisines from several cultures around the world. Today, these two chefs serve Delta Marriott Dallas Southlake’s guests at Sky Creek Kitchen + Bar, and they couldn’t be happier in their element.
Enam and Jose specialize in a variety of culinary styles. Between Southwestern, Caribbean, Italian, Indian, French and Southeast Asian, these two bring a wealth of global influences into their inspired cuisine.
