Cooking runs in Julio Castillo’s family. Ever since he was a child, Julio cooked alongside his mother and father, gaining the knowledge and experience he needed to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Since then, his cooking exploits have taken him everywhere, from being part of the kitchen staff at Lonesome Spur to opening his own restaurant at Bello’s to leading the catering team for Hyatt Hotels. Now, Julio brings over a decade of culinary expertise to the vibrant flavors behind LS Catering.
As the head chef, Julio has carefully crafted every dish behind LS Catering’s diverse menu. With a variety of breakfast, barbecue, Italian, seafood and Tex-Mex entrees, Julio takes pride in sourcing only the best ingredients to offer a unique handcrafted dining experience that’s specially tailored to the client’s taste buds.
