Craft & Vine Taproom and Eatery, Bill Treviño, Chef
Believing that cooking comes from the heart and starts with fresh ingredients, Bill Treviño is fond of fresh seafood and fusion cuisine. Craft & Vine Taproom and Eatery opened in October 2017 under the guidance of chef Treviño. Chef Treviño fell in love with all aspects of cooking, from the aromas of the food to its preparation to seeing a dish come together.
The joy of watching others enjoy his food is also a reason Treviño loves cooking. When it comes to people enjoying their food at Craft & Vine, the Garlic and Pork Gyoza with sesame firecracker sauce is a favorite among its guests, recently making its way back onto the menu. Along with being known for creative fusion dishes, 72 rotating taps of wine and beer, and it’s full craft bar, Craft & Vine is also active in supporting the community, from helping with fundraisers to supporting local charities.
