FnG Eats, Bob Stephenson and Carlos Arevalo, Chefs 

Since opening FnG Eats in August 2012, chef proprietors Bob Stephenson and Carlos Arevalo have turned their restaurant into Northern Tarrant County’s dining destination for locally sourced, upscale comfort food. 

FnG Eats serves up exciting dishes using only the best, fresh, seasonal ingredients. The chefs are constantly inventing new specials, wine dinners, cocktails and seasonal menu changes. They know a new dish has made it to the menu when guests ask for Friday’s special on Monday or request to sit next to the wood grill so they can watch the fun. In addition to providing innovative, vibrant dishes to be enjoyed by the community, FnG Eats is committed to giving back. They partner with Carroll Education Foundation, Keller ISD, the City of Keller Parks & Recreation and nonprofits addressing hunger education, the arts and child safety. FnG Eats’ chef is also a dedicated sponsor who helps educate children through the charity Young DFW Writers.
