Redrock Canyon Grill
A true scratch-made kitchen with people as vibrant and exciting as the food is, Redrock Canyon Grill serves quality, homemade food at a reasonable price for everybody. All of their meats and vegetables are cut and prepared in house daily, as well as their salad dressings, sauces and sides. The atmosphere is equally inviting, with a bustling exhibition kitchen and woodburning rotisserie that’s always on fire. Redrock also has some of the best happy hours in town, which runs every day from 4 to 6:30 p.m. and features specials such as $2 domestic bottles, $5 draft beers, $5 wine features, $6 classic cocktails and $7 for any of their starters. Brunch is also served on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and lunch is served Tuesday through Friday. Whether you want to bite into one of their spicy Buffalo wings, dive into their sensational spinach artichoke dip or try their signature Texas Stuffed Poblano, Redrock puts the Southwestern taste into every dish.
