As a chef-owned and -driven restaurant, Trio New American Cuisine focuses on serving the best local, organic and sustainable food they have to offer. Trio supports farmers, cheese makers and other professionals who believe in sustainability and quality, which gives your taste buds the greatest indulgence that they deserve. Trio changes their menu seasonally, with Seared Petite Beef Filet and Ancho Rubbed Ahi Tuna making two of their several delightful dinner entrees. The modern, elegant and intimate restaurant atmosphere is also perfect for date nights, and because it’s BYOB, all their dishes can be paired with your favorite bottle of wine easily. They’re only open for dinner service Thursday through Saturday, which gives them even more opportunities to do exclusive wine dinners and chef’s tastings throughout the week. Locals can also buy out the entire restaurant for special events and occasions, not that dining at Trio isn’t a special occasion itself.
