Next Bistro is an upscale, chef-inspired gourmet restaurant with a focus on fine dining in a casual and elegant environment. Opened by chef Ying Aikens in 2011, Next Bistro is one of 12 restaurants in the Metroplex and only one of two in Tarrant County to be named a Distinguished Restaurants ofNorth America (DiRoNa) recipient. Next Bistro has earned "Wine Spectator"awards since 2015 and was highlighted as one of 13 restaurants in the U.S.that specializes in Californian cabernets. Its organic, locally sourced and seasonally driven ingredients make their dishes healthy yet delicious. Next’sChandelier Room can be used for private events and small gatherings, seating up to 65 people in two subdivided areas.
