The Carroll Education Foundation was founded in 1996 to provide classroom grants for teachers in need. Over 20 years later, the organization shifted its focus to help Carroll ISD attract and retain the best and brightest teachers for the district. CEF helps Dragons receive the best education possible by funding teachers’ salaries. Last year alone, CEF helped fund 11 teachers’ salaries for the school year — one for each campus. If that wasn’t enough, CEF also provides scholarship opportunities for CISD seniors and has even launched the all-new Carroll Dragon Alumni Network. Whether you’re a new or a graduating Dragon, CEF loves making a difference in Carroll ISD’s future.
