Face Of Hospitality
“If you’re doing something that will not affect the guest experience, then you are not doing your job.” – Mike Hutchison
Mike Hutchison was originally drawn to hospitality while working as a night auditor in a New York Holiday Inn in college. Then in June 2007, Mike opened the Hilton on Southlake Town Square to reflect the superior qualities of the Hilton community. Mike believes that all tasks in a hotel affect the guest experience in one way or another. Whether you’re a concierge checking in a guest, a bellman helping carry luggage to a guest’s room or an attendant cleaning the room after your stay, everyone in the hotel plays a part in making the ultimate Hilton experience. Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, the Hilton will make sure your time here is restful and reinvigorating.
