Food has always been an influence on Brandon Emmitt’s life. Ever since watching his dad cook when he was a kid, he fell in love with the aromas and flavors that came out of the kitchen and onto the plate. Today, he cooks for others through his own culinary service, Emmitt’s Catering. As a trained chef, Brandon caters for private gatherings, hosts exciting dinner events and leads cooking classes where students can learn how to cook as he does. Brandon always challenges himself by not having a set menu, but rather creating custom menus for every event and client. Cooking isn’t just Brandon’s profession— it’s his passion, and it’s one he loves sharing with others.
