The Children’s Courtyard staff believes that children learn by doing, through hands-on experiences with people, materials, events and ideas. Each child’s experience at The Children’s Courtyard is built on that belief. In addition, all teachers receive ongoing training throughout the year.
What is your company’s secret to success?
We see each child as unique. So we bring a personalized approach to their care and education that is tailored around each child’s progress, skills and interests, rather than using a cookie cutter approach for every child in the same age group. This way, we help the child build a foundation for a lifetime of success at The Children’s Courtyard.

The best part of the job is that we have the opportunity to be a part of so many families and children’s lives, which allows us to see them grow and learn.
