What sets your team apart from other businesses?
Everyone has the same job description, which is to ensure guest satisfaction. This is something our General Manager of 10-plus years, Mike Hutchison, has instilled in everyone. We dedicate the entire experience from that initial call or visit, to getting to know what is important to our clients and then delivering by exceeding their expectations.
Do you have any areas that the company specializes in?
We are always willing to be creative and try new things with our clients. Whether it is for a guest stay or customizing a special menu for an event, we find it important to put a personal touch on the client’s experience with us.
What is an accomplishment that you are all collectively proud of?
It is our client loyalty. Without them, we would not be who we are.
