One word: Service. But I would add: Adaptability! Ebby Halliday Realtors has been a leader in our industry for over 70 years. We are a household name, not just because of our level of service, but the ability to change and grow with the industry.
What is your secret to your success?
No matter how you measure success I believe having a positive attitude, putting a client’s needs first and earning their trust is the path to take with every transaction. A happy client is the
true measure of success for me.
What’s your favorite part of the job?
I love it when a past client calls me to help them again, or when they refer a friend or family member to me who needs a Realtor.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
From my mom: Listen to what your clients are saying. Give them your undivided attention and let them know you are there for them.
