What drew you to dentistry?
I found that the specialty of oral and maxillofacial surgery is the best of both worlds between medicine and dentistry. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, I have the privilege of changing people’s lives by using my background in dentistry and integrating it with the medical and surgical knowledge we gain throughout our training.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The ability to reconstruct a patient’s smile, as well as correct the position of the upper and lower jaw, and reconstruct a patient's face is extremely rewarding.
Are there any new procedures or technologies that you’re excited about?
The ability to perform dental implant placement with the latest in guided surgery is amazing. We are using navigation surgery at the office in order to place dental implants with the utmost accuracy and precision while making it a very easy process for our patients.
