I am most passionate in helping my patients improve and returning them to their daily activities. I take great responsibility in upholding the trust my patients have in me.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR SPECIALTY?
Growing up, I was involved in several sports. When I chose a specialty, I wanted to make sure I could work with patients involved in sports and help them return to their optimal performance.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR SPECIALTY?
My family history of “bad feet” made podiatry a front-runner! The knowledge that this profession allows the time to be a surgeon, as well as a hands-on mom to my three now teenage children, made podiatry my top choice.

The advancements in ultrasound technology have most complimented my practice, as soft tissue structures cannot be seen on X-Ray. This diagnostic and visual tool provides prompt and targeted treatment.

WHAT IS YOUR HEALTHCARE PASSION?
Simply said, I am passionate about patient education. My mentors taught me over a decade ago that the best surgeons not only have skill in the operating room but also a bedside manner that focuses on actively listening to the patient and, most importantly, educating them on their condition, treatment plan and prognosis.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT WORKING WITH PATIENTS?
Returning my patients to the activities they love but lost due to injury is the most rewarding part of my practice. The runner who returns to training for a marathon or the student athlete who returns to the field gives me the greatest joy.
