We have 40 years of combined legal experience. Our attorneys have degrees from Texas A&M and Baylor University and are honored to have been named Top Attorneys by “Fort Worth Magazine” for 10 consecutive years and by Southlake Style, Super Lawyers and Texas Rising Star.
WHAT TYPE OF LAW DOES YOUR FIRM PRACTICE?
We specialize in family law, divorce, custody, child support, adoptions, terminations, enforcements and premarital agreements. We also practice wills and probate, collaborative and business law and have two certified mediators on staff.
HOW IS YOUR TEAM INVOLVED IN THE COMMUNITY?
Tracey Justice has been a member of The Hills Church in Southlake since 1998 and is an active member of the Southlake Chamber. Nicole Carroll is an involved Carroll ISD parent and has been a member of White’s Chapel United Methodist Church since 1994. Brent McMullen is an active member of the refugee ministry at Northwest Bible Church. We all have the same values regarding church and family.
