I take all family law and estate planning cases. I am board-certified in family law and hold a master of laws in dispute resolution. I focus on keeping clients out of the courtroom as much as possible.
HOW ARE YOU INVOLVED IN THE SOUTHLAKE COMMUNITY?
Aside from having lived in Southlake for 20 years, I’ve also served on the board of adjustment and the planning and zoning commission. I was a board member for the Bob Jones Nature Center, the National Charity League Southlake chapter, a Leadership Southlake graduate and I am a member of the Southlake Chamber of Commerce.
WHAT SHOULD PEOPLE KEEP IN MIND WHEN SEEKING AN ATTORNEY?
Litigation is expensive and generally doesn’t result in a “win” for anyone. If you can resolve your dispute using collaborative divorce or mediation, it will save you time and money, and you can avoid the stress of being involved in the court system.
