WHAT TYPE OF LAW DOES YOUR FIRM PRACTICE?
We take all family law, estate planning and probate cases. My staff and I focus on keeping clients out of the courtroom as much as possible by utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods such as collaborative divorce.
WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHER FIRMS?
I am board-certified in family law and hold a master of law in dispute resolution. I am also master credentialed in collaborative law. Litigation is sometimes necessary, and being board-certified means I have lots of courtroom experience.
WHAT SHOULD PEOPLE KEEP IN MIND WHEN SEEKING AN ATTORNEY?
Litigation is expensive and generally doesn’t result in a “win” for anyone. If you can resolve your dispute using collaborative divorce or mediation, it will save you time and money, and you can avoid the stress of being involved in the court system.
