THE GREATEST CHALLENGE… I overcame was keeping an eye on the competition but not allowing it to consume me. Business owners often get distracted worrying about what others are doing. While you must be aware, you must establish the best business practices for you.
MY MOST REWARDING MOMENT WAS… was when an employee who was applying for college was tasked with writing an essay about someone who inspired her. And she selected me. In that moment, I saw my evolution and myself. I realized I had gone from a student to a teacher. It was a rewarding role reversal.
