For as long as she could remember, Chandler Fulton wanted to work with children. It was always something she was passionate about and felt she would be good at.
“Once I entered the field as a teacher, I realized how passionate I was not only about the academics, but ensuring that every child was cared for and felt at home when they stepped into my classroom,” Chandler says. “Children’s development during their first five years of life is so fundamentally important. It is the foundation that shapes children’s future health, happiness, growth, development and learning achievement.”
As executive director, Chandler manages Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool of Southlake alongside program director Bianca Mosqueda. At Little Sunshine’s, families and their children are what motivates the private preschool the most, helping them make the greatest impact during a child’s early education.
“I love working hands-on with children and families,” Chandler says. “I want to be the best advocate for children while providing a loving, trusting and safe environment. I think that is what every parent wants for their child.”
