Dear Southlake,
Southlake is home, not only to my business but also to my family. I love our community, which is why Tolleson Orthodontics uses the majority of its marketing budget towards supporting and donating to our local schools, organizations and nonprofits.
In light of the recent unprecedented global pandemic, Tolleson Orthodontics is committed to doing our part in minimizing the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Effective Monday, March 16, Tolleson Orthodontics will follow the procedures of Carroll ISD and remain closed at this time until further notice. We will still remain available for emergency care and to help answer questions, and we are offering virtual follow-up visits and new patient exams where applicable.
This decision was not made lightly, and rest assured, this decision was not one made out of fear or panic. Instead, we consider this an act of love for our community. We understand it might be an inconvenience to those of you with scheduled appointments. It is also a huge sacrifice for a small business and its employees to undergo a temporary closure like this. We are aiming to help #flattenthecurve by implementing this policy and remain committed to your orthodontic care as well as your safety.
We are a strong community, and we will persevere! Southlake, please remember to support our local small businesses as much as possible now, and especially when life begins to return to some normalcy. I have no doubt we will rally together and be stronger and more unified on the other side of this uncertain time.
With love,
Dr. Shane Tolleson
