The retail center by Davis and Southlake Boulevard is getting a much-needed makeover.
Last week, the Grapevine real estate investment firm 2GR Equity entered into a joint venture with the Dallas-based SHOP Development to revamp the 132,000-square-foot shopping center that houses businesses such as Hobby Lobby and Urban Air. According to a media release, renovations will include landscape and parking lot improvements, new paint and LED lighting and signage upgrades throughout.
“This asset is long overdue for a repositioning given its location and visibility,” 2GR Equity co-founder David Gregory says. “That, coupled with the amount of discretionary household income in the surrounding area, makes this center an ideal location for any upscale retailer.”
The renovations are expected to be completed by 2024.
