Buying a car should be as fulfilling as buying a home. This is advice Jesse Hull took from his wife Kathy Hull more than 20 years ago. Customers will easily forget about what they paid for a vehicle, but they will never forget the experience, good or bad. At Classic Kia Carrollton, Jesse treats his customers the same way he treats everyone at his dealership — like family.
An automobile veteran who has worked in the industry for over 25 years, Jesse moved to Southlake in 2011 after working as a general sales manager in Arizona for 16 years. Knowing the successful reputation of Carroll ISD and its Dragons, Jesse felt Southlake would not only be the best place to grow his own business but also raise his family.
With Jesse managing dealerships in Dallas and his wife Kathy becoming a top-producing realtor with Keller Williams Realty in Southlake, their three kids Garrett, Averi and Brody benefited from the top-notch academics and athletics offered in the Carroll school system and the tight bonds made within the community. Near the end of 2019, Jesse started working for Tom and Susan Durant at their Classic Chevrolet store on Highway 114, and shortly thereafter, the Durants offered the Hulls an opportunity to purchase Classic Kia Carrollton. Today they continue to serve the community by providing exceptional customer service just 15 minutes from Southlake Town Square.
“We don’t want you to have a typical experience,” Jesse says. “We want to build relationships and long-term customers based on the way they’re treated. Our motto within the Classic Group is ‘Relax and enjoy the difference.’ This goes for our employees and our customers. That is really what it comes down to for us.”
