“I had a previous plumber during the snow apocalypse come by and cap my pipes, but I needed someone to come by and complete the repairs, so I scheduled last minute the night before and got an appointment for the next day for 3-4 p.m. They ran behind but still came around 6:45 p.m. without pressuring me to reschedule, which I was happy about.
They sent an email if they arrive past 4, they'd discount the service call. We got Keith Morris as our plumber and he got to work quickly. I appreciate that he wore plastic boots in the house. While working, he also found an unexpected problem and fixed that too without altering the quote, which was a pleasant surprise.
Honestly, I was pleased with the service and completeness of the repair compared to my other not-so-great experiences with other companies' plumbers. I have no idea what is fair pricing, but I'm pleased I got my problem solved with short notice. Also Keith was very nice despite the fact it was getting late around 8 p.m. His good attitude throughout the ordeal really makes a difference and I hope he gets compensated well for his time.
