We show up when you say, not when we can get around to it. It only takes a minute and saves you hours of waiting. Here’s how it works.
1. Click on schedule appointment – Use the billyGO online scheduler to tell us your location, nature of the problem and the date and time to be there. It is so easy!
2. Receive updates to track progress in real time – Your plumber or HVAC tech receives job information and sends you a confirmation message with the tech’s name and photo. You can track the exact location and arrival status of the tech. If we do not arrive within one hour of scheduled time, we start discounting your bill for each minute late, up to 60 minutes.
3. Diagnosis, statement of work and pricing – Upon arrival, the tech diagnoses, explains options and then provides a guaranteed price for plumbing, AC or heating work. You approve the work order via the online scheduler, and we fix the problem.
4. Secure payment and receipt – When work is completed, you review, approve, pay and receive your receipt instantly. Payments may be processed through our best-in-class customer portal; we store no payment information. We also accept checks and cash, and we offer attractive financing options.
