Introducing The Polestar
The Grubbs Family of Dealerships is excited to announce the latest addition of Polestar to its already growing group of dealerships. With the announcement of Polestar, Grubbs will officially add the first all-electric auto brand to Grapevine.
Polestar is an all-electric, high-performance car brand unlike any other, with growth and innovation to drive progress and create a better future for generations to come. Polestar produces two distinct models: Polestar 1 and Polestar 2. Polestar 1 is a low-volume electric hybrid with a carbon fiber body, 619 horsepower, 738 pounds of torque and 60 miles per gallon, the longest of any hybrid car in the world. The Polestar 2, meanwhile, is the company's first fully electric, high-volume vehicle with a 78-kilowatt battery and dual- and single-motor powertrains with an output of 408 horsepower and 487 pounds of torque.
Polestar will unveil an electric SUV called the Polestar 3 sometime in the future. It is also committed to creating a climate-neutral vehicle without carbon offsetting by 2030.
Polestar Grapevine will be the first operating, all-electric brand in Grapevine and the second in the DFW area. The Grubbs Family of Dealerships currently operates Acura, INFINITI and Volvo. With the addition of Grubbs Acura and Grubbs Volvo Central Houston, Polestar will be the third dealership Grubbs opens this year.
Polestar Grapevine will operate out of a temporary facility on-site while the new showroom is under construction next to the Grubbs INFINITI dealership. Polestar Grapevine plans to open in the temporary facility later this summer.
