ShopCore Properties’ Park Village in Southlake and Lincoln Square in Arlington are teaming up to support those affected by COVID-19. On April 7, the two shopping centers announced they would donate $20,000 to the North Texas Food Bank.
“The North Texas Food Bank is doing such important work, and we are thrilled to be able to support their efforts to provide nutritious meals to our community,” Erin Devlin, Regional Marketing Manager at ShopCore Properties, says via press release. “This pandemic is creating an economic shockwave; leaving many families with little access to food and groceries.”
ShopCore Properties and LivCor have a joint philanthropic partnership, CoreGiving Foundation, that is dedicated to fighting childhood hunger. In less than a month, CoreGiving has raised more than $455,000, with more donations coming in daily.
