Over 100 Orangetheory Fitness studios recently raised over $55,000 for Special Olympics, including in Southlake.
Over the summer, Special Olympics athletes participated in exclusive 90-minute classes where Orangetheory trainers led them through their routines and exercises. In addition to training 95 Special Olympic athletes, over 1,254 Orangetheory members donated and raised over $55,000 for Special Olympics programs.
“We take immense pride in our renewed collaboration with Special Olympics Texas this summer," chief operating officer Shane Adams says. "The presence of local athletes in our studios throughout the donation weekend added an extra layer of significance to this event. It’s a powerful testament to the promotion of health, wellness and community inclusion. This event encapsulates our dedication to these values."
