Sundance, a premier lifestyle retailer of women's and men's apparel, footwear, jewelry, accessories, art and home décor, is opening a new store in Southlake Town Square. There’s a philanthropic twist to its Grand OpeningbrWeekend celebration beginning Thursday, April 14: Sundance will donate abrportion of proceeds to the Creative Arts Center of Dallas, a nonprofitbrcommitted to building community through art.
Robert Redford founded Sundance Catalog in 1989 tobrpromote the works of artists and craftspeople from across the country andbraround the world. From a small operation run out of the attic of the oldbrSundance Village firehouse, Sundance has grown to become one of America'sbrpreeminent lifestyle retailers.
Sundance CEO Matey Erdos said in a press release, “Ourbrnewest Sundance store at Southlake Town Square is truly a special place. Withbrthe center's commitment to providing a distinctive, art-driven experience, bothbrin shopping and culture, we feel the Sundance heritage and lifestyle willbrresonate well in this community. Our beautifully designed store offers a uniquebrexperience with a strong sense of discovery and originality throughout.”
Erdos continued, “For us, it is a privilege to curatebrdistinctive and artisanal collections, many pieces of which are exclusive tobrSundance. The Sundance vision embraces this independent and creative spirit. Webrare delighted to provide this experience to our loyal customers in thebrSouthlake area, and are confident our new store will be a great success.”
The opening of the Southlake Town Square location continues the retail expansion previously forecasted by thebrcompany. Sundance recently opened stores in Scottsdale, Arizona; Dallas;brEdina, Minnesota, and plans to expand retail locations over the next severalbryears. One-of-a-kind pieces and Sundance-exclusive items will continue as the cornerstone of product offerings.
