1. Great Live Entertainment All Weekend From the opening call of the Swiss Longhorns to the “Greatest Disco Band in the World”-Le Freak (the Friday night headliner), we have something to keep everyone entertained throughout the weekend.
2. All the food and drinks you can handle For a festival focused on German fare and drink, you can’t beat Oktoberfest Southlake. Prepare for plenty of hearty comfort food, seasonal beer and classic festival treats for the whole family. Prost!
3. Wiener dog races Get to the Allen Samuels Direct Sports Zone early—you’ll want a good view of the Wiener Dog Costume Contest at 9:30 a.m. Saturday followed by the legendary Wiener Dog Race at 10 a.m.
4. Can't-miss contests Ever wanted to compete in a yodeling or stein hoisting contest? Here’s your chance. We will be awarding prizes for the Best German Costume, Yodeling and Stein Hoisting.
5. Tons of family fun The Family Fun Zone is packed with games and activities; expect plenty of opportunities to enjoy that bier while your kids play.
6. New This Year Great New German Food Vendors and an all-German Music Stage! Take advantage of free parking in the parking garages and shuttle service at White’s Chapel UMC.
