With 81 of its 90 reviews (90%) rating the hotel as “very good” or “excellent” the Southlake Hilton was recently awarded a Certificate of Excellence from travel website TripAdvisor. According to TripAdvisor, the accolade is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews and maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on the site. Hard to earn, only 10 percent of accommodations listed on the site receive such recognition.
“The best indicator of our performance is feedback from our guests, which is why the award from TripAdvisor is so important,” states Mike Hutchison, general manager of the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square, noting the property consistently ranks high in repeat guests and overall service compared to other properties. “While we strive to meet the highest industry standards, meeting the needs of our guests is always our first priority.”
