Southlake's Open Rewards program offers an opportunity for both DFW locals and visitors to explore the Southlake community while earning 5% cash back. This innovative program encourages patrons visiting local retail, restaurant and entertainment establishments to receive a percentage back from their purchases made in Southlake. 

“Our new Open Rewards Program is a game-changer for Southlake," says Daniel Cortez, director of economic development and tourism. "With just a quick download of the app, folks can effortlessly earn 5% cash back while supporting local Southlake businesses.”

With over 320 participating establishments accessible through the Open Rewards App, earning incentives while supporting local preferred retailers, eateries and leisure destinations is super simple! To begin saving, download the Open Rewards app on your Apple or Android device and choose between two simple methods:

1. Earn 5% back by automatically linking your credit card in the Open Rewards app. 
2. Earn 5% back manually by going into the Open Rewards app and uploading your receipt.

Rewards are paid out through selected payment methods. Please note: It may take up to three business days to receive your earned rewards.
