Engel & Völkers will present the 2019 Southlake Holiday Home Tour, benefiting Christmas is for Children on Sunday, November 17 from 12 to 5 p.m. The tour will showcase five residences in the Southlake/Westlake area. Each location features stunning interior design, architectural details and festive holiday décor.
Engel & Völkers and Christmas is for Children are proud to bring the inaugural Holiday Home Tour to Southlake. The five homes featured on the tour will all celebrate the season with magical interiors, whimsical and majestic Christmas Trees, “who”-worthy holiday décor throughout and spectacular outdoor spaces. One of the residences was the featured cover and article of the Spring 2018 edition of "Dallas Style & Design" publication and another was featured in the December 2018 edition of "360West."
Yet another home is completing a full renovation that will surely be magazine-worthy, but it will be unveiled first to the Southlake Holiday Home Tour. All of the residences showcased on the tour will provide something special and awe-inspiring. Only the Southlake Holiday Home Tour will offer the opportunity to see these spectacular homes up close and in person.
Home details and addresses will be released in advance of the tour via the Christmas is for Children website.

About Christmas is for Children
Christmas is for Children (CIFC) is a local, Southlake-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing children with the love, care and joy that comprise the spirit of Christmas. The goal of CIFC is to help fulfill each child’s Christmas wish list with something they want, something they need and something educational.
We also provide sponsored families with a food basket to help put food on their empty shelves and provide a special holiday meal. Since its inception in 1991, CIFC has helped over 42,000 children and their families enjoy the Christmas holiday by providing gifts, food and funds.
Christmas is for Children partners with sponsored families to meet their needs while ensuring the families retain their dignity, witness the true spirit of Christmas, and realize the very best of humanity. Last year, CIFC volunteers collected enough food to fill 1,200 food baskets and sponsors provided Christmas gifts to1,500 children throughout the DFW Metroplex.
CIFC collects most of the gifts and food through in-kind donations. CIFC fundraisers primarily help support the cost of perishable food items (milk, bread and a holiday bird) and laundry baskets (for delivering the holiday meal donations to recipients with dignity and practicality). CIFC prides itself on being a volunteer-led organization that amplifies the generosity of its supporters to make a powerful impact throughout the Metroplex.

- Angel sponsorship drives at all CISD schools as well as other local schools, churches, businesses and charitable organizations
- Food Drive at Kroger Southlake as well as local schools, churches and businesses and charitable organizations
- Pictures with Santa at Park Village Shops, Southlake December 12 and 13 from 3:30-7:30 p.m.
- Raffle featuring grand prize visit from Santa to your home on Christmas Eve!
