Miss Southlake and Miss Southlake Outstanding Teen have been crowned for 2022.
During the Miss Southlake Scholarship Organization’s competition this past weekend, Landry Champlin and J-Belle Kimbrell were announced the new Miss Southlake and Outstanding Teen for the organization. Landry was formerly crowned Miss Plano in 2020 and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in music with an emphasis on musical theater at Oklahoma City University, according to a media release. She encourages others to step out of their comfort zone through her social impact initiative “Live Fearless: Defining Life Without Limits.”
“I am thrilled to be serving as Miss Southlake 2022!” Landry says via Instagram. “I could not be more excited for the opportunity to serve this incredible community and represent Southlake.”
J-Belle, meanwhile, was formerly crowned Miss Coppell’s Outstanding Teen in 2020. A singer and student of Booker T. Washington High School For The Performing And Visual Arts, J-Belle also won in the on-stage question in evening wear at the competition.
“I am over the moon to be your new Miss Southlake Outstanding Teen 2022!” J-Belle says via Instagram. “There are so many opportunities coming up this year, and I can’t wait to share them with all of you.”
