Each Tuesday, the Carroll Education Foundation (CEF) spotlights a special teacher or teachers that make a difference in our children's lives. What makes these particular teachers a little more unique? Their positions are not fully funded by the State of Texas. This includes teachers of art, music, advanced curriculum in many areas, PE, counseling and the list, unfortunately, goes on and on. This is where CEF wants to make a huge difference. Our goal is to bridge the funding gap for CISD so these amazing teachers can continue to have a positive impact on our children.
