Southlake Town Square celebrated back-to-school shopping on Sunday, Aug. 6 at their first annual Back To School Bash! Students, parents and teachers were invited to an exclusive shopping experience before hours from 10 a.m. to noon. More than 20 retailers, including Aritzia, Tyler's, Vans and Aerie opened their doors to more than 200 attendees looking to find on-trend back-to-school threads at special rates. Attendees received a complimentary T-shirt, water bottle, drawstring bag and other fun items from the stores such as samples from Lush and EVO game cards. Guests were also invited to spin the prize wheel, where each spin guaranteed a gift card to a participating store. In total, more than $4,000 in gift cards were handed out to spend in the stores that morning!
Attendees were also treated to complimentary gourmet iced coffee and a breakfast bar provided by Whistle Britches and hosted by sponsor, T-Mobile.
Proceeds from the event benefitted local public school foundations – Carroll, Grapevine-Colleyville, Northwest and Keller. In total more than $3,800 was raised and will be distributed to each district based on attendee pledges.
The Back To School Bash was presented by Park Place Dealerships and sponsored by T-Mobile and Kite Realty Group.
