The Carroll Education Foundation has contributed over $3.8 million to Carroll ISD teachers, students and alumni over the past 26 years, with $2.3 million of that in just the past four years through the teacher fund and scholarships. Keller Williams Dragon Nation has been leading the charge for the teacher fund for the past four years and is the host of the Teacher Telethon on Nov. 29.
“The Teacher Telethon is one of our favorite CEF events of the year," says Ashley Pantuso Schaible, Keller Williams broker associate and Dragon alum '04. "It’s an exciting day that is fun for our agents who volunteer as it gives Keller Williams Dragon Nation the opportunity to share the mission and vision of CEF."
In addition to their generous support, CEF has already raised $30,000 in matching dollars for this year’s Teacher Telethon thanks to our generous Dragon community of parents, friends, businesses and alumni.
“The past three years, the CEF Teacher Telethon has raised $324,289 and funded over six Carroll ISD teachers," says Connie Deering, Keller Williams broker associate, Dragon mom of two graduates in '14 and '17, and CEF board member. "This year, we hope to increase support for the Teacher Telethon and raise $150,000 to fund three teachers for the upcoming school year."
